The Holy Dip

Three Australian families go on a pilgrimage to the oldest and largest religious festival on Earth, India’s Maha Kumbh Mela, to take a Holy Dip in the sacred Ganges. The Misras are devout Hindus who want their adult children to reconnect with traditional Indian culture. Pushpa Choudhari simply wants her teenagers to experience the massive spectacle, like she did at their age. The Turner family, from a farm near Port Macquarie want to take their kids on a cultural adventure.
